The Tuscan Villa at Adaweh Meadows has been designed with elegant features combined with the Wine Country lifestyle.The Villa was designed to offer 360' views of the hills and neighboring vineyards. The exterior of the home features a stucco finish with unique coloring combined with a special acrylic fourth coat that has a ten-year warranty. The exterior stonework is natural Montana stone. The charming loggia, which overlooks Kuleto's and the famous St Helena Valley, has a veranda of natural Gold River travertine and arches of natural Montana stone. Over fifty feet long, the loggia offers a unique place for entertaining, with a corner fireplace and stunning views of the neighboring vineyard. The roof was hand-picked, with Old World craftmanship featuring Sedona tiles, rich colors of sand-finished adobe tiles. Copper gutters, chimney caps and downspouts were hand-made.
Inside the lovely Villa,the stunning architecture and lavish details contribute to the beauty of the home. The entry hall features a floating staircase placed in front of a huge circular set of window panels through which vineyards are seen. The stunning floating staircase is constructed of Jatuba Brazilean cherrywood. The unique LED lights hidden behind the coving provide illumination at night. The burled Mahogany underside creates a majestic look when seen from the family room to the foyer. Entry hallway is a showpiece at over 125 feet long.
Special touches are found throughout the Villa. Interior doors are hand-crafted Guatemalan knotty Alder.The walnut front door is crafted with two side lights which include leaves of artistic-iron ornamenting the glass. The Meurers designed matching balustrades for the staircase,
Generous proportions give the Villa a setting for gracious living. Vaulted ceilings are found in many rooms. Ceilings are a roomy ten feet on the main floor and nine feet upstairs. Coffered ceilings with lit crowns enhance the dining room, master suite and master bathroom. Living room has lit crown molding for ambiance. French doors in many rooms open to the stunning wine country views. The huge family room with a beamed ceiling has a picturesque view of the loggia, fireplace and St Helena Valley.
The main floor offers additional features. Included is a butler's pantry with knotty alder cabinets, fire clay sink and marble/walnut flooring. A security closet is placed near the front entrance. The first floor guest room reveals classic FSC walnut flooring and the adjoining bathroom has Italian marble with a delightful Italian border.
A gourmet kitchen has been designed with the finest materials. Italian marble countertops match perfectly with the knotty cinnamon Alder cabinets. The 48" Wolf cook top is conveniently placed in the 107" center island to allow views of the vineyards and hills while cooking. The beautiful,copper hammered Vent-A-Hood range is the first out of the factory for this model. There is a 14' counter complementing the island bar. The loggia, outside the kitchen and family room, allows seating for entertaining.
Upstairs, the master suite is perfectly situated to offer a unique experience of the wine country lifestyle. The French doors adjoin a balcony that offers sweeping views of St Helena, Hennessey Ridge and the pastoral neighboring vineyards. The fireplace will make winter nights cozy. The master bath has a generous soaking tub with views of Hennessey Ridge. Bathroom cabinetry is mahogany, with lightish green granite counter tops. The white Italian Afyon marble and delicate green trim in the shower makes for a luxurious experience.
